Chucky Doll has killed Andy's mom and is now on the run from Detective Norris. He has kidnapped Andy, stolen a car and made Sesame Street his place of refuge. His plan is to use his voodoo powers to transfer his soul into Andy so he can blend in with the cast of the muppets/sesame street. The first inhabitant of Sesame street he encounters is Oscar the Grouch. They meet because Chucky was dumpster diving for food to feed Andy. Oscar threatens to snitch on Chucky which gets him snuffed. Chucky leaves Oscars body in his trashcan and the other Muppets find him the next day because they notice Oscar's alley stinks more than usual. Oscar's murder has got the Muppets looking for his Killer
