Why don't they call regular PI more ? There's a whole bunch of instances during a game where the dbs are grabbing and pushing after 5 yds

That gets called at least once a game.

That's the reason though it's way less instances of offensive pi and most of those the defender had initiated contact before hand , now Im not watching h the cowboys so if it was blatant idk. All I know is last week victors Cruz beat the db the guy wrapped his arm round his chest the ball hits his arm and bounces to a another Browns db for a pick . The ref was right there looking too in the replay
