NFL Fantasy Trade help (someone please help me real quick brehs)

I'm already committed to this trade but I have a choice of what player i receive in the trade. Tyrod Taylor or Russell Wilson? Tyrod has been putting up crazy pts but will it continue? Russell has took a dive the last two games, will he improve himself as the season progresses? please help me brehs T_T
