With the release of New God Flow earlier this week, many people have bigged up the song for sampling Ghostface Killah's classic Mighty Healthy record. But what a lot of people don't know is that Ghost actually referenced Sir Ibu (Divine Force) "Holy War" for Might Healthy. Now unless you grew up on Hip Hop in the tri state area during the late 80's, or you're just a pure Hip Hop head, you may not have heard this song. I remember as a lil kid, only hearing this spin on Friday or Saturday nights when Chuck Chillout and Red Alert was on Kiss FM. Enjoy!
