TEXAS BREHS, turn your state blue, there's no excuse now. I know some were planning to vote 3rd party because they felt TX is firmly red, so there'd be no point in voting blue. Well, now it's within reach.

New poll: Trump lead shrinks in Texas, within margin of error

Trump is leading by 4 points, 47% to Clinton's 43%.

Mitt Romney won Texas by 16 points in 2012, John McCain won this state by 13 points in 2008, George W. Bush carried his home state by 23 points in 2004, and 22 points in 2000 when he was elected to his first term.

Don't let us down, Cowboy/Texan/Spurs fans.

Texas is GOP stronghold simply because eligible latinos there don't bother to vote.
Obama won 70 percent of their vote in 2012 but lost by 16pts because only 38% of them showed up to vote.
Hispanics stay home on election day, then cry about nothing getting done on immigration:ufdup:

Yeah texas is big enough with voter turnout it can definitely turn blue. I know HRC ads have been playing in DFW non stop for the last two months. Trump has been here at least a dozen or so times for fundraisers. A lot of wealthy billionaires in north texas are supporting trump heavy. I haven't seen any field offices from either candidate. This is Bush country and trump hates all of the bush's so that has rub a lot of people here the wrong way. Again its all about turnout and none of her surrogates or hillz herself haven't been here but it could change in the coming weeks along with Georgia and Utah.

Not sure if one of those three states will turn blue or either one of them but it would be very significant. Like @VegasCAC said, if trump keeps plummeting then this may get Regan/Mondale bad in terms of a blowout. Trump is getting hit every single day with nothing but negative press from every form of media. If I'm Hillary, I would decline the 3rd debate, continue to blitz the trail and let my surrogates bury trump even more.

Guys been talking about the potential for Texas to go blue for years. It already has had the potential to happen for years. The reason is because registered Hispanics down there never vote and have the lowest voter participation out of other states.

Right now I still have Trump winning all the states Romney won which is 206. I can see him winning Iowa and Ohio which would have him have 230 electoral votes/ But i cant see him getting more because of all this bad press he is getting. Only thing that can save him now if he finds video/transcript/audio of Hillary talking shyt about Black people.
