I've been working on this for the past couple of months. This is basically a synopsis of a new style that I've been working on since last year.
Basically I got inspired by some recent releases where the recordings were made on tape and digitized. I wanted to create disorienting effects within the tracks that mimicked analog with digital qualities. And have some experimental/oddball features (random vocals, patchy cut & pasted style beats, distortion, glitches, reverb, etc)...I feel it finally came to fruition within these 9 tracks...the last track is from 2012 though. Some of the tracks have a very Aphex Twin inspired mutant ragga vibe...some have a very refined vibe..either way, I wanted to make something different and unique. My style I feel like is just evolving...
