There is always a chance of getting taken advantage of. It's about having the right team in place, do you have a lawyer on standby? Do you have good management? If anyone wants to move up they have to take a chance at some point. There is an alternative but for those chasing placements, there is going to have to be some system, or people that a person trusts at some point. If things don't go well just have a team ready that can fight with you.

They update Daily whenever they see an artist post about needing beats.

What he said but you may as well use the twitter link i posted above because 99.9% of the blast come from there. Plus he limits his service to sending three beats per month through his platform unless you pay.
