Knowing this is at stake, it probably would’ve been cool if Dems didn’t make a deal to let Trump appoint judges they could’ve so they could go home.

Are you talking about the bill Biden vetoed because I think there was a bit more nuance to that but haven’t read into it yet
I do agree with you but wasn’t it a time/votes issue more than them just wanting to go home. What were the terms of the “deal”?
Frankly I don’t think they deserve to go home or have vacations. Many Americans don’t get vacations or even have health insurance. You’re aware of that right?
Our modern Congress has been the least effective at anytime in history. Republicans don’t even try to appear to be looking out for the general public anymore and no one holds them accountable.
If you feel it’s necessary to hold Democrats accountable you will have the opportunity again in 2 and 4 years but the people that you will be punishing are the American people and the rest of the world. If not a great option in my opinion but it’s an option!
Also food for thought but now that Republicans have the trifecta they can truly govern for the people without Democrat interference and all of our lives will greatly be improved. Wouldn’t that be incredible?
