An associate of Nelly’s tour bus has pleaded not guilty to felony charges, after a large amount of drugs were found on his tour bus.

The rapper’s tour bus was pulled over in Sierra Blanca, Texas on Thursday (October 11).

When police searched the bus, they found ten pounds of marijuana in a duffle bag, 36 baggies of heroin and a .45 pistol.

A man named Brian Keith Jones initially took responsibility for the massive amount of drugs on the bus.

Things could get complicated for Nelly, as Jones appeared in court and pleaded not guilty to felony drug charges.

Jones has since been released on bond.

Nelly has denied any knowledge of the fact that the drugs and gun were on his tour bus.

I told y'all in that other thread....he took the fall then....but once the heat gets put on in court he might start singing.

Unless Nelly dropped 5-6 mil in my bank account and I saw it with my own eyes, no way I'm takin that fall for him or anyone else.

He prolly pled not guilty cuz of the damage control Nelly was doing on twitter, basically threw him under the bus.

how you claim the drugs yours.. but plead not guilty...

he took the charge, but that could simply be him saying the duffle bag was his. there still room for plausible deniability, on some "I don't know how that stuff got in there..."

I don't know the exact details, but few people plead guilty at their arraignment. if anything they wait to see what the case looks like and what they're offering
