I'm in a PPR league, and the QB is given 6 pts per TD as well.

Here is my current roster:

Brees, Drew NOS QB
Smith, Alex SFO QB

Hillis, Peyton KCC RB
Jones, Felix DAL RB
Mathews, Ryan SDC RB (O)
Murray, DeMarco DAL RB
Thomas, Pierre NOS RB
Williams, Ryan ARI RB (P)

Colston, Marques NOS WR
Little, Greg CLE WR
Smith, Torrey BAL WR
Washington, Nate TEN WR
Williams, Mike TBB WR

Casey, James HOU TE
Witten, Jason DAL TE (Q)

Chiefs, Kansas City KCC DEF

So, I've been talking to the dude that had the 14th pick (14 tm lg) because he took Gronk and Graham with the 14th and 15th picks. He hoarded the best TE talent for situations like this I guess, because it is fodder.

Anyway, I want Graham. I think that I would get MASSIVE points for every Brees-Graham TD. Especially because Brees is getting 6 pts per TD as well.

The guy said he wants DeMarco Murray and Torrey Smith for Graham.

I'm up in the air about it, ubut I really want to do it. Everyone's thoughts?

I find it hard to give anyone like that full value for one of the TEs. I'm assuming you can't start two TEs. I had one guy draft Aaron Rodgers then Stafford in the 3rd round because he thought it was great value and could trade him. Guy was in my division and had a tremendously weak team because of it. I wouldn't give him full value, problem was, someone gave him Andre Johnson.

it's on another website besides espn and the flex position is for TE/RB/WR, so he could conceivably start both TEs

If I were him I'd keep both, but I'm hunting.

Id hold for now. witten if healthy is a legit #1 TE in PPR.

yeah youll get good points when brees connects with graham, youll also get not many points when he doesnt. which can be a playoff week...in a deeper league (Ill assume this is a semi-deep league) consistency > feast or famine weeks.

your rbs are meh as it is, losing murray can be lethal. hold and watch the wire for TE or trade for a lesser TE.

I'd try to flip witten for a decent rb first. You're not gonna get a stud but just someone to hold you over until someone else emerges on the waiver wire. Getting elite wr production from your te spot when everyone else is getting 700-800 yds & 6-7 tds is a huge advantage.
