Need to gain my weight back

I need to add 30 pounds by august. I wont do cardio if that helps the cause. I can workout in a gym 5 days a week or i can work out at home with what I have (jail style) 7 days but i need to gain this weight.

Any tips?

Well...seeing you have a deadline of August, I guess consuming more bread than usual can definitely help. I believe more taking in more starches (potatoes, etc.) will do it as you work out?

Ill eat 10 slices of bread a day or is that overkill?

Breh that is very doable.. bout 2 lbs/week.
1 pound is 3500 calories so... so basically you probably have to eat add a extra 1500cals a day to maintain that pace, factoring in cardiovascular + weights
I usually bulk for cheap with

2 double decker PPJ sandwich (900c)
Pasta plus sauce
Protein shake w/ milk (400cals + 32g protein)
Pop tarts (400cals)
Rice and chicken
