Basically I need some recipes that I can take with me to work and eat throughout the day.. I don't have access to a microwave(I work in EMS) so it needs to be decent cold(doesn't have to be great tasting). I'm just getting tired of chicken and broccoli all the time.. Oh and I'm trying to cut so keep it light..

Preciate any help..

This

Just do diff variations of diff cold cuts, diff breads, diff veg toppings, diff dressings etc. You can make a ton of various sandwiches.
