A couple of months ago I was running and lifting minimum 4 times a week...then winter came. I couldn't run because of the cold (I don't do treadmills, get shin splints like a muhfukka) and sometimes the weather was so bad I couldn't make it to the gym...Now I'm and for some reason I can't get myself back to beast mode like I was just a few months ago.
