Need Laptop Help

Any help would be appreciated.

Got a Sony Vaio laptop, model #vpcf115fm , and I think I got a bad power jack. It`s loose, and it doesn`t always charge when I stick the plug in.

Does anybody know how much it would run to repair?

You would have to replace the motherboard to fix the power jack.

Had the same exact problem
It cost me about 150 to get it fixed at the micro center I bought it from
I would suggest looking into some local computer repair shops
They probably will do it cheaper
