how can i increase my bench press? i can bench press up to 224 lbs ( only two reps) :mjcry:
how to grow a bigger chest, legs, arms, back, clafs, back, triceps, etc. i'am lean build.

also im 6'1, 185 lbs, 21-22 yrs old. any other exercisers for me to target each week? ive done research and based off what i read some recommend using light weights to increase my rep counts.

what should i eat to increase my weight? i want to weight up to 195-205 lbs.

Eggs, meat, milk, protein shakes. Do cardio once a week if at all. Have a whole box of pizza for dinner. Try the 5x5 routine. :ehh:
