Mass gainers are worthless.

Just get two servings of oatmeal, 1 whole egg or a tsp of olive oil, 2 scoops of whey protein and blend it up. Through some fruit in there to make it taste

but if youre willing to spend money just got with Gold Standard Mass gainer

Pasture raise whey protein concentrate if you want freaky gains easily. I got mine from Natural Grocers. Straight freaky gains!!! Less than $7 for the whole bag!!!
