Ok ive been working out at planet fitness the last few weeks but im trynna bring sexy back for the 99 and 2000. I start out 5 minutes on the bike for fat burn, then 5 minutes of cardio to get my hear rate up. Then I go to all the different workout machines and do 4 sets of 10 with 30 to 50lb weights depending on what area im working on. So can yall give me any tips, advice or suggestions to maximize my workout.

Well ive cut out all fast and fried foods. Added more vegetables (frozen). I do alotta baking and grilling. Instead of fried chicken, I oven fry it (bake it). Slowed down on alotta of the red meat, so its mostly just baked pork chops(with the rind of fat cut off) and chicken. My only thing is I be on a budget so tjete is a lil processed foods but thats only like 1 day out the week.

lol u ok it was on the front page, it wasnt hard to find. Yea my husband is my workout partner, so its not boring it be fun. But I end up sore as hell days after which makes me dread going bacc. But I go bacc anyway, I just wait a couple of days between working out. Im trying to work myself up into hitting the gym 4 days a week but im pacing myself.

But I go bacc anyway, I just wait a couple of days between working out. Im trying to work myself up into hitting the gym 4 days a week but im pacing myself.

the working out part is important, but the dieting part is even more important. the soreness will dissipate too if you keep it consistent. don't get discouraged, the results take time but it's worth the wait.

I feel you- I got back into a heavy workout routine in Feb- there were days that even walking up these 2 STAIRS :skip: at work had me hurting like crazy. Once you get past that, hopefully you're still a little sore after a good workout, but it won't stop you from going the next day. I'm 5-6 days/week now. Sore as hell today (in a good way), but I'll be back there tomorrow! Good luck! :salute:

I didnt know my legs were as strong as they are, im handling weights o them pretty good. But my arms o lawd, I be struggling to finish them reps but I be like fucc it and push on thru em. I just look at it how they say no pain no gain.
