Ok ive been working out at planet fitness the last few weeks but im trynna bring sexy back for the 99 and 2000. I start out 5 minutes on the bike for fat burn, then 5 minutes of cardio to get my hear rate up. Then I go to all the different workout machines and do 4 sets of 10 with 30 to 50lb weights depending on what area im working on. So can yall give me any tips, advice or suggestions to maximize my workout.

at work had me hurting like crazy. Once you get past that, hopefully you're still a little sore after a good workout, but it won't stop you from going the next day. I'm 5-6 days/week now. Sore as hell today (in a good way), but I'll be back there tomorrow! Good luck!
