Need help connecting / pairing Beats Studio Wireless headphones, brehs

I won these in a raffle last night and just tried to connect them to my phone (android) and to my girl's phone (apple) and no luck

The red light be flashing but the device isn't found by either of our phones.

Any of y'all own these headphones and had the issue?
