Specs and operating system are a wash and it comes down to preference...they all have the same apps...you can probably do more tricks on android but you probably don't have practical use for most tricks on either platform
So feel all 3 in your hand and go with comfort and attractiveness as your choice...play with all of them if you can

i like the customization options android has to offer but im not sure about the battery life on the samsung phones bc of the bigger screens
