Need advice on getting my own place or rooming with people

I am thinking of getting a one-bedroom apartment by the end of the year or early next year.

I am 24, turning 25 in December.

I am currently about that roommate life to save money, and well, I'm young so its nice to meet people and network.

I want my own place, but IDK how long I would be in this area.

I also don't want mad furniture to have to move and lug around, etc...

I gave away my dresser, bookshelf and queen bed that I left in Maryland


I now want my own placea nd I want to hook it up, so Im in pay debt/save money mode and then once that's done, and all I have to pay is car note, cell phone, student loans, i was gonna get a place of my own

any advice from the older heads?
