freephonetracer.com <-----is not free, but from what Ive read there is no free service because phone records are not public information there for a legit and reputable agency has to conduct the record search and obviously nobody's going to do this free. Now you say you dont want to use a credit card Im sure there are other payment methods available such as paypal or something like that.
