The problem with TV stations nowadays is they dont give these shows a chance to develop. They want a hit from the pilot ep. not taking into account all the challenges that shows have now when it comes to getting ratings.

Im pretty sure 1 or 2 of those shows of that list is pretty decent.

Shows have picked up from bad 1st seasons. you'd be surprised how many classic shows started off slow back in the day and that was before cable networks had their own sitcoms and the internet got rid of must see TV and you had to be there moments.

theres so many reasons why a show could be doing bad. take happy endings- a show about late 20 somethings living life and hanging out. Way too "hip" of a show to follow up modern family and it ends up doing bad and what do they do? move it to friday night where anybody who relates to it is out doing what late 20's do.
