They black out the local games once it notices your IP.
If you got the NBA app on your phone and log in to League Pass through there you should be fine. I had to do this last year for certain Raptors games.

Yeah, that's what I rely on, but LP is pretty cool cause you can have 4 games all going at once, in HD too.
