the top are the ones who are donating the most money. With Citizen United decision in 2009, these rich CEO types can donate millions to campaigns where they couldnt before.

Now that applies to Super Political Action Committees and stuff of that ilk. I think that is what these numbers relate too mostly because the limit an individual can donate to an actual campaign is $2,500.

Now to take it further, if 250 of us on here donated $10 to Obama, that would come out to $2,500. One of these rich CEO types like Clay Bennett uses that (and Seattle SuperSonic towels) to wipe his ass. And he can donate much more to a Romney Super PAC

5,000. Half for the primary and half for the general election.
