Hopefully, this isn't the only on court action we'll see of D-Rose this year
The third main Gameplay feature NBA 2K13 is bringing is Signature Skills. These are about 28 attributes, some are individual boosts and some are team auras that are assigned by 2K to differentiate players and make them unique from one another. It's something that a boost in a rating system just can't quantify. Some of the Signature Skills are "Dead Eyes" for a shooter like Ray Allen who isn't bothered as much when a guy is in his grill. Kendrick Perkins has a "Brick Wall" attribute, so when he sets a screen on you, there's a chance your ass will be knocked on the floor and we saw that happen in one of the games.
Lebron has a "Chase Down Block" attribute, that give him a boost when he's chasing down a guy, or Chris Paul has a "Floor General" Signature Skill that makes everyone on the team better when he's on the floor. These Signature Skills are baked into the game and happen in the context of a game. It's not overtly in your face, but you'll feel how it makes certain players unique from others. A player can only have 5 skills max. Most players might have one or a few. LBJ had all five Signature Skill slots filled.
Man NBA live 04 had those signature skills things. The one with Steve Francis on the cover. And that shyt was extremely cheesy. Like the cats with the sharpshooter simply couldnt miss if u held L1 while shooting. So that meant cats like korver were better than
