On one hand I can understand, they’re now a very big company and probably feel Uncharted is now beneath them or perhaps nothing else to add. Hopefully another Sony first party developer can take over the reigns and continue with the magic.

Continue the magic into what? All the characters had arcs and are old. You could make it with kids or new characters but there's still no new gameplay to mine there. If you count that smaller game with Clhoe you got like 5 or 6 games out of this. Series is done.

I only played Uncharted 4. Very overrated. Great graphics, gunplay, and story, but a 7.5 at best. Very repetitive and too predictable.

Good, the 4th one imo was the best uncharted game by far, amazing action set pieces rivaling all the other games, none of the corny fantasy elements at the end of the game that seemingly come out of nowhere, amazing voice acting and character interations as usual and great visuals/graphics, wasn't much more they could do from there.
