Why he come in like that? He gotta know that shyt was super mid.Trying to do all that wordplay he better when he just calm trying to tell a story or some shyt smh.50 sounding so washed isn't really a shock...he's gottenso his breath control is gone but beyond that, he never really had an artistic or ambitious approach to the rap game to begin with...it was just a means to an end that he just happened to be really good at, so of course his craft would get worse.
One thing I do wish is that they promoted these projects a little harder with some additional marketing assets … like it’s pretty unprecedented that Nas is collaborating with a single producer this much ..never has happened in his career … it feels like they should be doing Hitboy&Nas tour dates / Documentaries / Interviews and just more overall content around it …idk maybe they don’t care but just feels like the moments should feel a little bigger when these two drop considering the uniqueness of the situations

Idk what y’all was on last night in here. Y’all stayed up past your bedtime to peep the album and made your hearing all jacked up and some of y’all got caught in a time warp too cuz y’all were dropping ratings like 10-20 minutes after it dropped smh.
This shyt is fire to me. I won’t rate it because…you know…I played it once lol. Motion and Pistols on Your Album Cover with both standouts on the first listen. Bokeem Woodbine was also fire.

He's not a bad beatmaker, neither of them are actually, Apollo is light years ahead of NC though. The problem with them is you know what to expect, like ol boy says:
