Watch all that dusty Boom Bap drum talk disappear now :pachaha:

Aside from the obvious excitement of this finally potentially coming to fruition, this was my first thought.

All the bullshyt we've been reading all these years from the Nas stans on this board about how that 90s shyt is dead, nobody wants to hear washed up Preemo beats, dusty n*ggas living in the past, blah blah blah will go completely out the window if this album finally happens.

You ain’t fukk with Magic 3 or KD3? Music is subjective but man those may have been my favorite 2 out of all 6. You played Legit or Speechless and didn’t think they were fire?
Those were dope songs. I'm just not a huge fan of hitboys production. None of the albums were trash, they were just starting to feel repetitive to me. And after 6 albums I think it's enough. They did what they had to do. I wanna hear Nas over some different production while he's still at a high level. There's plenty of other dope beat makers to work with.

The plug chick said during the KD3 release window when “Premier album still might happen” line was going viral that Premier has been around Nas and Hit-Boy in the studio since Magic 1 just helping out and being a soundboard and mentor of sorts for HB. So if “theoretically” Nas and Premo have been working on music since 2021 while he and Hit-Boy were simultaneously working on KD3-Magic 3 then thats SEVEN ALBUMS in a 3 year span…

Meanwhile Drake can’t put pen to pad for a goddamn DUO album where he only was responsible for half the verses.

Think about that for a minute. Nas wrote perhaps SEVEN albums worth of material while Drake needed Quentin Miller, Lil Yatchy, Cashis King, Hush, Kia Shine, 21 Savage, Majid Jordan, Party Next Door, DVSN, and God KNOWS who else to get his shyt across the finish line…
