Narcos Season 4 To Be On El Chapo?

I think El Chapo should be season 5 in their timeline. They're in 1993/94 unless they jump even farther ahead. So this is Cali Cartel territory. Chapo didn't escape prison until 2000. I thought they'd spend 2 seasons with Cali cartel and in season 4 start bringing in the Mexican cartels. hmmm.
Either way it will be cool to see Chapo's story.
