That was the whole purpose of the show..I didn’t like that narrating/agent shyt in the Pablo seasons, but his character made up for it, and he carried the show.

Season 4 was whatever with too many lead characters

w/o Kiki doing all of that, you don't get the "war on drugs" in Mexico. It was referenced in S3 how his death motivates agents to get the narcos.

I found his character highly annoying and irrational. I fast forwarded through his DEA scenes in the later episodes and still did not miss out. If he wasn't running somewhere, running to someplace or running someone down - he was with his wife talking about it. His scenes were real repetitive.
