Name Some Examples of Movies that have Good Writing but Bad Acting...

I love movies but I'm no film student in the least , I have a hard time differentiating on who's to blame for bad movies, other than badly written characters or nonsensical stories.

Can you guys think of any movies that had great writing, but BAD acting?

Without her I don't think the movie would be so universally shyt on. She wrote the book on how to kill a movie.

The boy ruined that movie to me. He was the worst actor I've ever seen in a major role in a big movie.

I just looked at what else he's been in, that's his only movie. Dude started and ended his career on that performance

Bram Stoker's Dracula comes to mind...A couple of piss poor acting jobs get completely overlooked because of quality writing and Gary Oldman's greatness.

Any scene where Quentin Tarantino has cast himself for a cameo.

And I have no examples but I bet if you looked for movies with kids playing prominent roles, you'd find a few good examples.
