Pretty good showcase

@DJ Mart-Kos Although the mix is just a smidgen loud it's better than last week and the drums hit well. The only thing that made me stop and wonder what was going on was that sound that entered at 1:30 it had a shaver/Blender type frequency.
Good job.

@nahnah The instrumental itself is good. The sample is louder than the drums which holds it back and doesn't leave room for everything to be audible, along with the overall mix being too loud. I also feel that the particular drumchoice doesn't fit the track. The vibe itself would be great otherwise.

My vote for this one is going to @DJ Mart-Kos

That sound @1:30 is just some random percussion sound i took out of my Deadly Drums 3 folder. It's named 'Whiplash'. I don't think it's a real instrument though.

Nice showcase!

@nahnah - Dope soul sample! Your beat has that prime Dipset feel to it. All that’s missing is Cam saying “Killa!” in the beginning. Drums could have been a little louder but I really dig this track overall.


@DJ Mart-Kos - That sample is super chill and relaxing. Felt like some enchanted forest type ish lol. Drums hit nicely and the overall vibe was dope. I can hear this in a movie. Very nice track.


Two dope beats with very different vibes. This one was close. I gave my vote to @nahnah.
