You guys can always watch the commercials for his movies :ppvbro:

Meanwhile CM Gawd is feeding us classics every week :ahh:

That's my people's champion :to:

Thank you Based Rock for giving CM Gawd the credibility and the platform to drop classics for us every week

He was dropping classics while Dwayne was pretending to be a tooth fairy, friend. :ppvbro:

The People never saw those classics tho. Now Based Dwayne is back to give CM Punk that platform for his classics to be recognized and remembered.

After CM Punk gets his Dwayne-influenced WM check, he won't have to take short orders anymore, he can buy his own kitchen. :smugcena:

Classics? CM Punk has had a classic? When and where outside of the unseen Samoa Joe matches?

CM Punk has been hustling and doing his best to make himself a huge name historically and yet all anyone yesterday could talk about was Lesnar being wild, Henry coming back, and the location of the Rock. Go figure. LOL.

I wouldn't necessarily say CM Punk has had any 5 star matches during this last year long run as champion, but he DID have great matches with Cena, D Bry and The Rock, gotta give him credit there.

But I do think, when its all said and done and 10 years from now, we are gonna look back at this year long run as evidence of CM Punk being great. I think people neglect to mention CM Punk REALLY should thank The Rock for even keeping the title this long because if it wasn't for Dwayne, Punk would have dropped and hotshotted the title to Ryback in HiaC.

Because of long-term good business sense, we ALL were spared that travesty. THANK YOU Based Dwayne. :smugcena:

He's had very good stand matches for years....even to his ECW run. Are they classics or legendary? Nah. The closest thing would be because the angle that ran before Money in the Bank 2011 and he won that match. He he not went over, the match wouldn't have mattered historically because it just be another Cena cog and the Daniel Bryan match at Over the Limit that split the crowd for heel Bryan because he was outperforming the roster doesn't get mentioned at all because cats act like they wanna hate AJ and how she stole the show from Punk for months. Funny shyt.

How about that old match with the Undertaker he had in 2009? Anyone remember that? Nah...so it's here and there. Depends.

People never saw those classics?:leostare: Clearly Dwayne did since he chose The Real People's champion to carry his :flabbynsick: out of breath ass to a decent match.

None of this matters anyway all Dwayne is doing is keeping that belt warm for :ppvbro: (who will be there weekly :ahh:)

That's another point, most people would bring up the MitB 2011 match with Cena as CM Punk's best match, but technically it was an almost horrible match.

Watch that match again on mute and you'll notice without the crowd drawing you into the story, Cena and Punk really didn't have good chemistry at the time. It was at best a 3 star match, but the crowd pushed it to a 4 star match.

I think it speaks VOLUMES that an "out of breath, past his prime" actor can come back and outpop, outdraw and outperform damn near everyone on the roster. How can ANYONE logically be mad at this man?!?

And Rock is even going to do the right thing and put over that lil guy @ WrestleMania in an attempt to validate him for once. Based Dwayne is TOO good to us! :smugcena:

shyt got all kind of botches. Chicago was RED HOT though for the match and CM Punk and Cena were given ALOT of time to produce and fans act like that was as good as a match could get. shyt is a GARBAGE match compared to Kana vs Sara Del Ray..it isn't shyt compared to D Bry vs Nigel McGuiness in England:laugh: Ridiculous.

He is a movie star, no one here said he wouldn't get ratings or do #s . We said he was :flabbynsick: in ring and on the mic and both are true.

Who exactly is he outperforming on the roster with his Cena-like jokes?

Hate to break it to you but Cena is validated to his fan base with or without the Rock.

This is not even dikkriding because I fully admit Rock is past his prime, but even in this lesser state he's in now, he is still top 5 on the mic in the company and can still work better than nearly all of the current roster (Ryback, Sheamus, Big Show, Orton, etc. Looking YOUR way...:smugcena: ) Hell, even look at TSC, this place is NEVER this active when The Rock is not around.

And Cena has only validated himself as a 2nd tier act in the overall history of wrestling which is kind of sad because all things considered he SHOULD be on the same level as Hogan, Austin and Rock. Cena, with the amount of pushes and time he's had dedicated to him and the level of talent he actually has (yet, rarely shows) he should be top 5 all things considered, but I doubt ANYONE who's been watching longer than 10 years or even on this site would put him that high.

The simple fact he is still needing a rub from past stars to reach that "next level" is kind of embarrassing at this point and shows he's really wasted our time over the past 8 years.

When Cena leaves the business will anyone really care that we WON'T see him @ the PPV, bro? :smugcena:

Y'all want Rock wasting time wrestling goofs like Ziggler or Swagger the way Cena would as champ?

If Rock shows up and cuts a 25 minute promo y'all would complain but him being gone let the young nikkas get shine and y'all get mad he ain't at the show? :snoop:

I actually like having Rock pop up every so often I don't wanna see the champ every week especially wrestling actual matches.

:heh:

The Rock coming back has dudes losing their minds now. This forum has ALWAYS been active breh. Just because YOU weren't active until the Rock came doesn't mean we didn't get the posters postin'.

TSC takeovers :wow:

Being one of the first forums since the Coli's inception :wow:

Killing the servers back on sohh :wow:

All with no Dwayne in sight. :smugfavre:

And as far as that other stuff you posted just because Cena is 2nd tier to you doesn't mean that he is with his fans plain and simple. Cena may not be at the level of Hogan or Austin to us but guess what? He is to those kids buying his shirts and tickets. :ppvbro:

I been on TSC since 2003 breh :smugcena:and been on the hamster since the 1st Ether Day :smugfavre:

And you are missing my point, Cena's "audience" is a very small number of people overall, MUCH LESS than the generation before it. He's the leader of the 1st WWE generation to actually REGRESS the product. What you are saying is the equivilent of "So WHAT I never made it pro, I was the MAN IN HIGH SCHOOL!!!!"

In this business, and it goes for EVERYONE in it, you are defined by the legacy you leave. Look at Cena's entire career and it can be summed up by "Had a spark when you started and now you just garbage". In his entire 10 years on WWE television the most memorable and important thing he's done was interact with The Rock. Wow.

When he retires, I hope HHH can get him a nice office job, he's gonna need it. :smugcena:
