I had come to the realization that Unpredictable had BBTP locked in :wow:

Each track felt organic and was beyond what I heard at the time. It took me like ages to realized how important this album was in general. Hearing this next to majority of the No Limit albums, you can tell BBTP and Mystikal had wild chemistry.

I mean breh, this track tho:

KL was like :krs: "You mean I can use the Wheelz of Steel"

Mystikal: "WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" :damn:

P: :lupe:

Tied with charge it 2 the game
:patrice:
Beat wise possible, but sonically without flaws (awkward cutoffs, fade outs that made no sense, etc) it's not touching Unpredictable.

Now "The Shocker", that could be a contender because thats probably silkks best work.

There was definitely something different going on with Mystikal over there.. I’d def have to agree. Ain’t no limit with Silkk might be my fav NL beat ever. Mystikal and Mia had some of my favorite production.. maybe because they knew those two were going to bring it in the studio.

Breh them beats off that album were some of the most creative beats I have ever heard. Listening to that album versus most of the 98 No Limit albums, you can tell there was some form of budget that was met. The quality felt so clean and organic like even Snoop was like :krs: "WE ABOUT TA GET UP IN SUM GANGSTA shyt!"

Like the mans spent the entire timeframe being chilled and high, but ooooweee dude caught the holy ghost during that session.

TRU 2 Da Game>>>>

That's my one just off Swamp nikka alone

Plus No Limit Soldiers, There Dey Go, Freak Hoes, etc

1997 was No Limit's best year

For Mystikal though Mind of Mystikal is his best produced album

Man 96/97 No Limit was just.........whew.

I guess it was the less is more approach, than the overkill 98 thing P was on, because each album from Ice Cream Man to I'm Bout It felt like they actually gave a shyt.

If they kept that energy up, the tank would have still been rolling in 2024 :wow:
