Need yall to help me with this need to know if im doing good, and suggestions if yall got some so i workout 6 days a week from monday to saturday n i alternate between day 1 and 2. So its monday day 1, tuesday day 2 n so on till saturday.
Day 1
Dumbbell curls standing up
2x12 of 40 lbs
1x10 of 45lbs
1x8 of 50 lbs
Captain chair knee raises
4x30 reps(should move to 35 next week)
I go dumbell curl then knee raises then repeat till all sets done
Dips
2x15 reps
1x20 reps
Day 2
Bench press
1x12 of 135 lbs
1x10 of 145 lbs
1x8 of 150 lbs
1x6 of 165 lbs
Pull ups
2x8 wide grip pull ups
2x8 neutral grip pull ups
Row Weight lifting
1x12 of 75lbs
1x10 of 80lbs
1x8 of 85lbs
1x6 of 105 lbs
I run for like 20 mins or until i get 2 miles on day 2 so thats 3 times a week(was able to do 1.5 miles before 15 min today )
I run on 6.0 speed for ten min then drop it to 4.0-4.5 to rest walking then at 11:30 i run at 9.0 till I get to 1.5 miles n rest again and start running at 16 at 6.0 till i get to 2 miles n 20 mins.
