My workout plan: is it good or nah?

Need yall to help me with this need to know if im doing good, and suggestions if yall got some :patrice: so i workout 6 days a week from monday to saturday n i alternate between day 1 and 2. So its monday day 1, tuesday day 2 n so on till saturday.

Day 1
Dumbbell curls standing up
2x12 of 40 lbs
1x10 of 45lbs
1x8 of 50 lbs

Captain chair knee raises
4x30 reps(should move to 35 next week)

I go dumbell curl then knee raises then repeat till all sets done

Dips
2x15 reps
1x20 reps


Day 2

Bench press
1x12 of 135 lbs
1x10 of 145 lbs
1x8 of 150 lbs
1x6 of 165 lbs

Pull ups
2x8 wide grip pull ups
2x8 neutral grip pull ups

Row Weight lifting

1x12 of 75lbs
1x10 of 80lbs
1x8 of 85lbs
1x6 of 105 lbs

I run for like 20 mins or until i get 2 miles on day 2 so thats 3 times a week(was able to do 1.5 miles before 15 min today :wow:)
I run on 6.0 speed for ten min then drop it to 4.0-4.5 to rest walking then at 11:30 i run at 9.0 till I get to 1.5 miles n rest again and start running at 16 at 6.0 till i get to 2 miles n 20 mins.
Im 6'1 about 180 lbs

I have a goal of improving my cardio up and I guess I want to be a lil bit bigger but no that big just toned ya know.

Breh your shyt is really disorganized. Do you wanna just lose weight? Just do cardio and eat leaner. You'll look "toned. If you wanna add mass, solid compounds are gonna help out as far as total strength and then you can sprinkle in the curls and isolation and/or machine exercises, but to add mass you gotta eat more.

You gotta add more shyt in there. Rows are cool, benching is cool, curls are cool, but a solid routine will help you achieve your goals and keep you on track

I do all of that shyt at least 3 days a week

Breh, it's a routine, i guess, but you need more shyt. Like what is your goal? Add mass? Get stronger?

I mean if you were in a prison and all you could do were dips, push ups, pull ups, and bodyweight squats, you could get in serious shape, but if you have a whole gym of equipment at your disposal, it might be a good idea to incorporate more compounds like squats and front squats. There's a ton of other accessory exercises you can add to work your triceps, your shoulders, biceps, there's a bunch of different rows, and then you go deadlifts which are prolly the goat "feel like you worked out" exercise

I mean I guess I want to get stronger which is why on some sets I add more weights and lessen the number of reps

Might as well have a cardio day and some weight days. What's your H/W and your target.
