Oh it's still alive, I've had someone leave a dead parrot in my doorstep, I researched the meaning behind this and apparently they were trying to curse me.

Thats a parakeet I think. I have some. They're not friendly just leave it alone. Give it water and parakeet food. And clean its cage.

If he's going to take it back in a few days you should just leave it as is if it has food. Avoid touching it, since it probably bites.

If you're stuck with it, google animal shelters in your area and leave it there. Parrots are the worst pets, loud as fukk, bite and tend to rip out their own feathers and all kinds of crazy shyt if you don't know how to exactly take care of them.

I just googled it and it kinda looks like a White Eyed Parakeet. I don't know tho. Maybe that helps.
