it's a little uncomfortable. it's possible i might have pushed a little too hard yesterday on box squats, i did 2 sets of 15 reps.does it hurt when you get in the squat position with no weight at all? you might have a slight injury
yeah I'ma just kinda teabag the box from now on rather than chillax on it between reps.fukk box squatting. Chances are you're disengaging your hips as you sit. Shouldn't have to tell you whats wrong with this scenario.

could be. cause i was paranoid about stickin it out too much.i would think that by now you would have trained your body/muscles to know how deep it should be going. the box is like training wheels.
double check your form. sounds like you might not be sticking your ass out enough.

youre missing the point of why hes doing box squats
he knows the correct depth for regular squats
box squats force you to press the weight with no "bounce" thus making it more difficult
IE the difference between Floor Press and Bench Press
