Galaxy S III is the obvious choice and the best phone out currently. Unless you want to wait for the iPhone 5, which I'd recommend, so you can compare/contrast.

GS3 in all honesty. Im not sure that this new iPhone will be able to top it. But it all really depends on whether you prefer iOS or Android. I havent heard any rumors about a new Nexus phone, but there might be some new piff dropping around October or so. So it really depends on how patient you can be.
