The Great Paper Chaser
I eat 6 meals a day in this order.
1. Scrambled egg whites with green peppers/carrots/cheese and a cup of almonds. Water
2. Soup - I made my own version of the cabbage soup.
3. Tuna with onions low fat mayo and tomatoes. Water
4. Soup - water
5. Post workout smoothie / walnuts / water
6. Chicken breast with spinach.
If I feel hungry I will drink the soup. If I don't feel like eating the chicken or tuna I will replace it with soup. I also take a multivitamin and one fat burner.
Been doing this for 3 days so far and I always have everything made the day before.
