My meal plan.... Is it good enough?

I eat 6 meals a day in this order.

1. Scrambled egg whites with green peppers/carrots/cheese and a cup of almonds. Water

2. Soup - I made my own version of the cabbage soup.

3. Tuna with onions low fat mayo and tomatoes. Water

4. Soup - water

5. Post workout smoothie / walnuts / water

6. Chicken breast with spinach.


If I feel hungry I will drink the soup. If I don't feel like eating the chicken or tuna I will replace it with soup. I also take a multivitamin and one fat burner.

Been doing this for 3 days so far and I always have everything made the day before.

Are you getting enough protien? From the looks of it you're prob taking in 100-110 grms a day which may not be nuff depending on ur size

Also, no fruit?

Are you getting enough protien? From the looks of it you're prob taking in 100-110 grms a day which may not be nuff depending on ur size

The fruit/protien is in the smoothie. I use strawberrys, an orange, green tea and a little protein powder. I'm 235 right now and I'm trying to get to 190 by the end of July.

So far I have a lot of energy, i'm never hungry and i'm more alert. The hardest part is the preparation. I'm not really paying attention to the scale and I wont be weighing myself every day. I will do a weigh in once a month. I want to try and build strength while losing as much fat as possible. I know i'm going to lose both fat and muscle probably but i'm focusing on building strength/cardo. I'm gonna see where i'm at after a month.

I would really tell you to figure out your target calories and start counting cals so you know how much protein you are getting.

I say that because I went from somewhere in your range to 170ish and didn't have a lot of problems being hungry. In retrospect I did it in a way that made me look like I was getting sick. Conversely once I started focusing on making sure I was eating protein closer to my body weight I look healthier and I weigh roughly the same. You don't have to burn through a ton of muscle to get there.

that's why I drink the smoothie. The protien powder provides enough.

try MMS' Salisbury steak

MMS Salisbury Steak

ground beef
brown gravy(mash potato instant gravy works)
pack of mushrooms

1)form patties, start gravy and bring to simmer(mix in mushrooms)
2) put in medium skillet
3) cook for like 6 minutes
4) add gravy/mushroom mixture
5) cook for 3 more minutes
6) serve with broccoli and a hawaiian sweet roll
