R.I.C.E that hoe.

Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation. At night put some ice cubes in a ziploc bag (sandwich or quart size), prop your foot up on a pillow and put the ice on it and try to go to sleep. During the day wrap it with an ace bandage or get one specifically for knees. Repeat.

You may want to chill with running and try the bike or elliptical for cardio and with the leg workout avoid squats for now and lighten the weight for the leg extension. Do that in about a week and you should be money. If the pain lasts longer than that go the doctor and get an x-ray.

This happens to me like once a year. I just stop running for like 2 weeks to be honest. I walk outside or do the elliptical instead for those 2 weeks. I'm assuming the high impact from running + the heavy leg workouts causes this.

You're going to have to cut down on all that running. Have you ever considered swimming? If you've got access to a lap pool, it's great cardio and obviously doesn't stress your knees.

Get a bicycle bruh, or like @MIAlien said try swimming.

If you have to run, do it on a soft surface never subject your knees to running on pavement they weren't built with that in mind.

stationery bike or jumprope:win:
It just sucks cause i really love to run and if we get a nice day i feel like a fukkin waste if i DONT run :snoop:

And seattle bikers are fukking annoying..ill never join that cult :scusthov:

Sounds like youve got inflamation. Ive suffered from some awful tendonitis. It may be worth a dr visit just to gt some stronger anti inflammatories. If you dont wanna do that, rest and fish oil does wonders too

you could have inflammation building up in your knees, you should get it checked out. I recently got several cortisone shots because of that.
