My laptop is giving me a d90 system temperature overheating era when playing videos

It started off only when I was viewing Netflix but now it is occuring when I play Youtube videos as well. Anyone ever had an issue like this? I've dusted the cooling fans and run all my virus/malware protection and did a system restore. Computer is 3 years old. Help me brehs

it might need a more thorough cleaning. you really need to get the heatsinks clean, not just the 'fans'

I got a small toolkit from walmart that has nice socket screwdrivers with star tips flat heads ands phillips includeded inside, real nice set. Cheap 2.
