Obama didn't cut taxes on small business lmao...he offered a measly credit for hiring someone...when that credit pales in comparison to the cost of hiring someone.

You didn't build that was completely in context...he basically meant withou government there would be no infrastructure and it was a terrible choice of words because it neglected the drive and skills and determination needed to succeed in opening and running a business and it plays into the liberal stereotype that government is everyone's God that everyone should bow down too
