you can neg me to oblivion after your shoulders heal
Then drop set your chest, Do say 30 pushups, 30 diamond pushups, 25, 20, 15, 10 ,5 or 30, 20, 15, 10 5, however you want. then do a drop set of dips on a chair. then body squats, drop set from 50, then lunges, drop set from 50 each leg.
start where you feel comfortable and drop set down,utilze rest periods of 30,90 or 120 seconds and just finish strong, if you doing it every other day or even every day (which is completely fine because you aren't going until failure i.e over training) just mix it up, start with squats one day, then pushups the next, then dips, then lunges, etc.
