Another promising game developed by Devolver Digital called, "My Friend Pedro".



I was recently looking for a game like Not A Hero:
Post Some 2.5D Cover-Based Shooters
But, it seems as though Devolver Digital has delivered again.




Not the same but there are cover-based elements and it is a 2.5D side-scrolling shooter platformer... which is all I fukkin' wanted.

The gun sounds are so damn good, its like FEAR again.

They have a Steam sale right now, go play Not A Hero because it's fukking addictive.

The hit detection is like a SNES game but with the pacing of a modern shooter.

Not A Hero was 9.5/10 for me. Def one of my favourite games of all time.

This My Friend Pedro looks to fill the void until the next installment comes.

Not A Hero is more of the same.

I see this game as the spiritual successor due to having very similar game mechanics and concepts not only that buy it's released by the same dev.

I can't wait for this either.

Devolver Digital's E3 is fukking mental too. Watch the previous years of it in order because it follows a story. Sorta like an Adult Swim TV show.
