I hate going to the gym plus I like the fact I can work out when I want. My place is too small for a lot of equipment so this is all I use
2 dumbbells with enough weights to put 40 lbs on each
1 barbell with two 25lb plates
1 door mounted pull up bar
2 sets of resistance bands
Been able to work out everybody part effectively with the exception of legs (but I still have leg days)
Heavy on pushups, pullups, dips, crunches, situps and planks.
I also started do yoga (only been doing it about a week).
