North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
I hate going to the gym plus I like the fact I can work out when I want. My place is too small for a lot of equipment so this is all I use

2 dumbbells with enough weights to put 40 lbs on each
1 barbell with two 25lb plates
1 door mounted pull up bar
2 sets of resistance bands

Been able to work out everybody part effectively with the exception of legs (but I still have leg days)

Heavy on pushups, pullups, dips, crunches, situps and planks.

I also started do yoga (only been doing it about a week).

save up for some 45lb plates :myman: I got lots of weights here that have accumulated over time. Plus some hand-me-down weights from my dad's friend.

I figured out what I will need. Real simple and I've been changing my exercises to build around it.

Cage w/pull down/row cable pulley attatchments
Olympic barbell w/6x45 and 2x35/25/10/5/2.5
Olympic curl bar
Cable attachments (W row bar, W tricep bar)
Adjustable pressing bench
Sit up bench
140-150lb dumbbells (just one side for rows)

Real simple but its everything I need.

For real tho, as long as you got the shyt to do the main lifts (Deads, squats, and bench) you straight.
Plus you got the stuff some isolation exercises too in case you feel like one of your muscle groups is lagging on a compound lift.
