So this nikka always shouting he owns the word "count up" and shyt so I actually searched and he did patent the word

And I noticed he never renewed his patent so I gave the office a call and they told me for $75 I could buy it from him
Since he didnt renew the trademarked word.

So my initial intentions were to take over the word and build a brand with it and file a lawsuit naming everytime
He used the word so I could eat off that.

Well after talking to some Patent attorneys they advised me
That even though the term is up on the trademark he would be able to prove he
Used the word first in merchandising and branding and would
Be free from liability.

But I was coming for your plate breh.
