I didn’t and don’t eat it much. I’m a Zimbabwean and to my knowledge, it’s more of a central and west African thing. I do recall one of my great aunts making a kind of stew with cassava And one cousin of mine being into it, but that’s pretty much it

I recall eating a lot of sorghum, millet, corn, indigenous fruits/veggies and the occasional rice dish. That’s my experience tho.

i mean...fufu is made from Cassava and I eat that a lot when I visit my parents or when I go to Ghana

dont eat yam as much but id rather just eat that > cassava straight up
Didn't know that, i wish i could try fufu but there's none in my area.
