Since apparently his hype has completely died down, lets take a moment to appreciate how damn musical Krit was. His sample flips compositions etc are :mindblown: if you really pay attention.

for example I thought money on the floor was an 8 bar bassline... its actually just 4 bars but the second part literally sounds like he hit different notes because the chord change works so well. that shyt is actually pretty crazy

I couldn't even say nothing in that other thread. Everyone is an armchair A&R and these nikkas got the attention of a goldfish. The funny thing about it is everyone was just on his dikk a few months back when he dropped King Remembered In Time but people want to down him b/c his major album didnt gain him national attention...WHO THE fukk CARES that doesn't make his music wack all of a sudden. This new generation of hip hop fans sicken me. These nikkas determine an artist worth by the hype he receives...think about that silly shyt for a minute..the music dont even count anymore and it's hardly even mentioned when giving an opinion on an artist.. Anyway here are a few of my favorite tracks.

nikkas are quick to write dudes off these days, I stayed out of that other thread cause of all the :why: moments..his hype ain't where it used to be but at least give the nikka a shot at a second album before saying he completely fell off.

His first 2 mixtapes are better than everything I've heard from the dudes in his "class". Yes R4>GKMC..get mad :birdman:

True. I mean to be fair theres like 20 guys on the verge of blowing up right now... theres no question that Krit is gonna have a hard time staying relevant. At least he has a solid fanbase though

Big K.R.I.T. - Shake Junt (2010) - YouTube
Big K.R.I.T. - My Interpretation - YouTube

its even funnier because if you look in a Macklemore thread you'll see them same wannabe A&Rs concerned about KRIT's singles in there shytting on dude because Thrift Shop/Cant Hold Us gettin heavy rotation :mjpls:

Hip-hop fans are silly sometimes
