Muscle tenseness/cramps

whats good gym bros..I need help with something.

Starting yesterday, my left bicep started getting tense, like I’ve been lifting for 4 straight days, but I haven’t lifted anything in about 3 months.

I’ve been focusing more on cardio to get my weight down, so idk why my arm is feeling like this.

I’ve recently been hired by a railroad company, and when I get to training they have us take a test where we have to hang off a ladder with one arm for about 1 minuet and 30 seconds. I’ve been practicing for that for the past 2 weeks and I think that may be the cause.

I’ve been trying to stretch my arm but my muscle still has some stiffness in it. Is there something I can do to make this feeling go away?

Something similar happened to my bicep when I started doing weighted pull ups. It's going to take time to heal. Make sure you stretch it everyday and take BCAAs before and after your workouts to speed up recovery.
