So I had my first ever professional massage a couple days ago. It wasn't a deep tissue massage, just something relaxing. Felt great, no problems at all. But today I woke up and my back feels like I got hit by a car. Has this happened to any of you? Is this normal?

That's because going to massage parlors and going to a massage therapist aren't the same thing. Slaimon, stop going to massage parlors. It is wrong.
Trust me, I don't want to destroy my life by going to a massage parlor and I never have thankfully. I wouldn't want my enemies to have anything to be happy about.
